Father Tim,
I think you should handle the events that is occuring at the apartment. That being the site of the events such as they are which are occuring due to the arrival of the "special guest" of which you have made mention and of course the exact location specified in the placement of H. Roberts in the apartment renders an almost certain necessity.
It is necessary that Che' not be the first to find out what happens.
